i will surely have some new song lyrics up by week's end. the lyrics have been coming like meatloaf lately, and i have got to get some of these songs "finished".

my weekend was bittersweet. my time spent in tejas was a lot of fun, but both the drives to and from were speckled with car problems and sadness. i did get a cell phone last week, so i was able to keep in touch with some folks and chat a little during the road-tripping.
